Terms and conditions

The app is for employees and contractors of airlines that have an agreement with ByteTech OÜ, using their work email address. Your account is personal — do not share your login.

FlyTrivia helps you learn and remember the content of your airline's manuals. It does not replace the official manuals, approved training, checks or any regulatory requirement. Questions are generated with the help of artificial intelligence from the manual text and may contain mistakes or be out of date.

If anything in the app differs from the official, current manual, the manual always prevails. Please report questions that look wrong to your training department.

• Keep manual content confidential: do not copy, screenshot, export or share it outside the company.
• Do not try to cheat (for example with scripts or by manipulating timers or answers), access other people's accounts, or attack or overload the app.
• Treat colleagues fairly in duels and leagues.

We may reset scores or suspend accounts that break these rules.

The FlyTrivia software, its design, game concepts, texts, logos and name are the property of ByteTech OÜ and are protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws. You receive a personal, non-transferable right to use the app for training. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer or resell it.

Airline manuals and everything generated from them (questions, procedures, abbreviations) remain the property of the airline and are confidential. They may only be used for training inside the company.

Points, ranks and badges are for motivation only. They have no monetary value and give no right to rewards unless your airline decides otherwise. Scores can be corrected or reset, for example after a mistake in a question or misuse.

We work to keep the app available and secure, but cannot guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change or improve features over time.

To the extent permitted by law, ByteTech OÜ is not liable for decisions made on the basis of content in the app instead of the official manuals, or for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. The agreement between ByteTech OÜ and your airline may set out further terms.

Your airline or ByteTech OÜ may block an account, for example when you leave the company or break these terms. You can delete your account at any time under My profile.

We may update these terms. If the changes are meaningful, you will be asked to accept the new version when you next open the app.

These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. Disputes are settled by the courts of Estonia (Harju County Court), unless mandatory law gives you the right to go to a court elsewhere.
